Appearance:
Standing at 6'3", Akalir is clearly a man of half elf origin. Adopting the traits from both his human mother and elven father, he has slightly pointed ears, bright blue eyes, short white hair, and fair skin that is smooth to the touch.

For a noble of his house, Akalir is quite generous to townspeople of Stucia, coming off as a charming young man that takes the best interests of the peasntry and the wider Duchy in mind. He is charismatic and gregarious, greeting anyone with the same courtesy he'd give another noble regardless of their species or their status. However, he is still a man driven by ambition like his father before him. He is not opposed to using underhanded tactics to gain wealth and power, and when he sees a prime opportunity he'll strike. To him and House Milaen, the ends justify the means. While willing to subvert the law for his own gain he still keeps in mind the wants and needs of the lower classes if it is profitable for him. To him the only good lowborn is a happy lowborn, and a happy lowborn keeps the coin flowing.

Alakir is a healthy, young adult male in his prime with no injuries that hinder his everyday life. He does seem to have an innate gift with magic due to his ancestry, although he chose to take priority in martial skills rather than magical. Due to recent events, Akalir has been suffering from depression. Things such as lose of appetite, worthlessness, emptiness, and thoughts of suicide are only among many symptoms.

Raised in Stucia for all of his life, Akalir speaks with a distinct Stucian accent. Because of this he puts an emphasis on the constants and his vowels are always soft spoken. In addition, he is able to speak Elvish, although he is able to speak more fluently with Irinid Elvish.

At all times whenever he is on business or discussing politics he carries a dagger with him, for both attack and defense. However when trouble is to be expected out in the countryside he wears any kind of armor that he can. The same can be said for the weapons he wields, but he is more proficient in using a sword and shield if possible.

When out in public he wears fine fabrics, mainly with colors have the House colors such as blue, white, and silver. The heraldry of House Milaen is shown on the tabard that he wears, hiding whatever armor is underneath. A wears a signet ring on his finger, bearing the symbol of House Milaen.

History:
Born in the Duchy of Stucia on the year 433 CE, Akalir was raised by his human mother and his elven father and was groomed to be a worthy heir for House Milaen. From swordsmanship, archery, bartering and politics, Akalir learned much during his time under the tutelage of the trainers his father hired while learning much about his father's trade and skills with an attentive ear. Akalir grew up to be a charismatic and charming young man, all the while inheriting his father's ambition and drive make their house more wealthy and successful in the long run. Just like his father, he knew that the ends justify the means and would do anything to protect his house and their holdings. When he was old enough he began to help his father with the Silver Trail Caravan Co, the business that Hauclir created before the creation of House Milaen. He'd go to neighboring kingdoms to help expanding their influence and sail across the Diebennan sea to occasionally meet with his elven relatives in the city of Irinid. By the time he was 20 he heard news of the Duke of Stucia dying from an ambush on the countryside and knew that the tensions between Lumasil and Pencast were steadily increasing. Immediately he set sail back to Aluid, knowing that House Milaen needed its heir now more than ever.
