Tilleah Asmodae
"Am I the abyss? Or did I gaze into it?"
Information
Name : Tilleah Asmodae
Alias(es) : Thorna, The Warden, Undead Knight
Race & Ethnacity : Human, - Durtheimer (Resurrected)
Age : ~90 Years Old
Occupation : Lieutenant of the Iron Legion
Association(s) : Cult of Iron, Iron Legion, Kingdom of Valera
Primary Deity: Vor'goth, Father of Necromancy and The Dead
Backstory
For many; death marks the end of a journey and tale, some may end more anti-climatic than others, many don't. However not for Tilleah Asmodae, - her death merely marked the beginning of her legend. According to former colleagues of hers, Tilleah was born and raised within Durtheim to the royal’s alchemist, and had enlisted within the Order of The Eagle at the age of eighteen and went missing along her party on a job. That is as much as they are willing to speak about Tilleah; as the very name itself is spiting the Order of the Eagle, for the Warden was no more a mortal woman, but undead. - Resurrected.
“The Warden'', is what Tilleah is mostly referred to, a knight in pitch obsidian black armor, carrying a blade the size of a man and a helmet carved out of the visage of Yses’ himself, leading to many who had met her to believe; she was chosen by the God of Death and Fate himself. For decades, The Warden has kept Jubokko's Cursed Highlands at bay, safe - guarding travelers, caravans and adventurers during their attempt at crossing the barrier, whilst also preventing evil from slipping out; - or worse, let evil slip in. Many Necromancers fell to her blade, for the crimes they had committed and were about to commit. Whilst many believe, that Tilleah was doing justice and good, she held a bad reputation within Durtheim, especially within the Order of the Eagle, - for being an undead abomination that took the spotlight off of the Monster Hunters. Their jealousy reached the point, where their members were actively attempting to slay her within the Highlands.
And they might've actually succeeded, one day the Warden had vanished without a trace, - resulting in many merchants and travellers being forced to turn around, or risk facing the monstrosities within the highlands on their own. Some folks claim, The Warden had ventured deep within the Cursed Lands to confront the root of the evil upfront, other tales claim that The Warden herself got corrupted by the ruins and now wanders aimlessly as a rotten corpse, - and some simply claim, The Warden fell. No matter which end was true for Tilleah, The Cursed Lands devolved back to how they were before the undead knight had arrived, - the last place one would ever wish to go to.
For thirty years Tilleah held the Cursed Highlands at bay; -- another thirty years were spent in hopes to find a life and peace outside of constant battle against the minions of Vor'goth and the Cult of Iron; -- hopes shattered. Was it destiny, that had led Tilleah to Stucia; which was doomed to become the melting pot of conflict and in the spotlight of the Cult of Iron?
--Or was it a curse?--
With no choice, - no chance to escape and find peace in Stucia, The Warden had picked up her blade once more, but this time she stood not alone.

"It's a shame what had happened to you, so much potential; such talent snuffed out over something as petty as taxes. I would mourn you, had I known you better - and had you not brought this upon yourself."
'Aki'
'Although I barely know you, I still trust you. You and I share the very same secret and fate, let us only hope, that whatever fate awaits us is one we deserve.'
'Kontuth'
'Who?'
'Otto'
'I barely know the man, all I know is that he's a fighter just like Okemia -- and that he owns a pet rat.'
'Enaervyn'
'A mage with great potential and a friend of mine. An ally I can truly rely on, despite of her... Rather unnatural and questionable talents and knowledge. Nonetheless, I only hope that you will be there when we see the fall of the Cult of Iron.'
'I trust you, Enaervyn. Do not make me regret it, -- look out for the others should anything happen to me.'
'Daken'
'The only thing Daken has in common with most dwarves, is that he enjoys one drink too many. Unlike most dwarves, his heart is not of the coal he uses for his forge as so many other dwarves; but out of love and care for his friends. It is regrettable, that Aigver managed to not finish his apprenticeship before his demise; but it appears as if Daken had recovered on his own; -- I only wish him luck.'
'Stand strong, Daken -- as you always do. I am certain in the end, everything will be well; I have faith in you. -- Do not do anything I would not do.'
Bellicus Dalerius
'I would not expect anything less from my kinsman, especially when he used to be an Eagle, just as I was. -- You are disciplined, brave but also know how to take care of your comrades in arms; -- I would drink with you any time.'
'If only we could talk as we used to; - now the only times we talk, is when prophecizing the end of Roan. We will prevail, -- you will lead us to victory. Should I last that long, the two of us need to get one last drink after Vulcan's defeat.'
Celaena Venrora
'My go - to mage when it comes to sensible matters and important topics, an excellent healing mage and an even greater friend of mine. I can always be assured, that when I have need of speaking to someone, to vent out all my frustration and annoyances; I can turn to you.'
'You are family, Celaena. You have helped me out when I was at my lowest point, you encouraged me to fight on. Look out for yourself, and look out for Azeyma - will you?'
Azeyma
'You are a wild card, Azeyma. Smart, but also naive. How could someone such as you possibly live for so long, yet not go mad; - how can you remain patient, calm and friendly with all that has happened? Sometimes you truly do worry me.'
Nolana Halbritter
'Although you are a recent addition to the group of people I trust in aiding me against the Cult of Iron, the two us have achieved quite a lot and have become quite close to one another. You've impressed and fascinated me in such little time, by not being afraid of not only speaking of your fears and weaknesses; but to show tenacity and dedication by wishing to overcome them. For not being afraid of speaking of your fears, -- and more importantly for not allowing your fears and weaknesses to take the better of you --, you've already become the bravest woman I know.'
'You've given me purpose in life, you have proven to me what loyalty looks like; -- true loyalty. You're the only one who may spark my beatless heart up again, the only one who makes me feel like there's warm blood flowing through my veins. You are my healer, my knight and hero. I can only dream of one day being as brave as you are when it comes to revealing your true self.'
'I am sure, you would forgive me.'
'Okemia'
'My greatest ally; unrefined pure and raw talent. The voice that keeps me pushing forth; whenever I consider taking a step back. The hand that picks me up whenever I fall. She reminds me a lot of myself back then, which concerns me a lot. I only hope I am able to help her become who she was meant to be; not for who she believes she /has/ to be to survive in this world.'
'Things have changed, the world -- and our relation, it seems. We've grown distant to another, we do not talk as we used to. Whilst a shame, I can understand. As it stands right now, you're probably wise to stay away from me; -- I only wish the others would, too.'

'I will not rest, and I will not falter until you become nothing more but a terrible nightmare, and a torn out page from our history.'
Houses of Stucia
'What do I care about politics? When has politics been anything but a plight upon the common people, -- when has it not acted as nothing more but an obstacle for what is righteous and just? I believe it to be a mutual benefit, that politics stay out of my life, and I stay out of politics.'
