The man is a half elf of noble origin with a stolid expression, standing at six feet four inches and is seemingly in his mid thirties. He has snow white hair, a light stubble, and his right eye has a sky blue iris. His left eye has a noticeable scar going over it that is covered by an eyepatch.

Oslir comes off as an uncompromising individual with little to no emotion, undeterred by about anything that comes his way and being calm in about every situation no matter how stressful it might be. While he does come off as jaded he is a respectful and courteous man despite appearances. Despite his usual stance on wanting to get the job done, he is a patient man with years of experience in politics, trade, and war. He is not afraid to do what needs to be done, willing to do whatever is necessary to protect himself and his house no matter how gruesome it may be. However when it comes down to defending his subordinates, friends, and family, he is a fiercely loyal and dedicated man.

Oslir is a healthy, looking man that has been through many battles, with various scars covering his body as well as his face. He has a gift for magic due to his elven ancestry, but it has rarely been expanded upon, knowing only a little amount of magic to assist him in some mediocre everyday tasks and sometimes within combat.

History:
Oslir aep Gladdwell Milaen is the firstborn of Hauclir aep Gladdwell Milaen, born just a few decades before Akalir. He was born in Irinid, with his mother being a human native to the region herself. He was tutored just like his father in the ways of combat, hunting, and business. When it was time for Hauclir to leave and find his own fortune and glory, Oslir followed, helping his father out on his adventures until finally settling down in Stucia. However, he eventually came to blows with his father just a few months after House Milaen was founded. Hauclir was more concerned about his sons defiance against him, as they had a strained relationship for years. It came to the point where when Akalir was born, Hauclir disavowed his firstborn son, barring him from any inheritance. Enraged, Oslir stormed away and roamed the world ever since. For a time he served with many mercenary companies, being a knight errant, and served underneath a few noble and royal courts. When he received the letter informing him of his fathers death and Akalir's death, he was surprised to see that he was given his inheritance back and named the heir of House Milaen. Determined to take what is his, he made his way back to Stucia.
