Why does Urich know life magic? I'm glad you asked: it's because his dad, an elvish assassin that fucked a giant, just so happened to know it. He's got an intermediate understanding of it.

Drawing on his elven heritage, Urich can - after the initial mana cost to cast a spell - prolong a spell's effects indefinitely until he either stops casting it or is interrupted, via being attacked, stunned, or blinded.

Pretty self explanatory. He can connect a beam of sunlight to one other person and provide continuous healing to them. Entry level magic.

Counterpart to the healing beam. This beam of moonlight enhances one other person's attacks, whether by magically imbuing their weapons with power or making them physically stronger. Entry level magic.

Channeling both his elvish and giant blood, Urich reverses the damage done to something by punching it. This can apply to objects, but can affect nothing larger than an average human. Intermediate level magic.

The theoretical next step up. When using the greater variant of either beam, the effects of either spell spread to nearby allies, up to six people at once, and provides a greater degree of healing and damage buffs to each ally being blessed. Expert level magic; can't use it until he furthers his understanding of life magic.
